CLIENT CASE STUDY

48 Stores. One Marketing Strategy. Bigger Opportunities at Every Location.

Jet Food Stores operates 48 convenience stores across 20 Georgia counties. TriggerPoint Media manages the marketing engine behind the network, planning, creating, scheduling, and delivering campaigns across in-store screens and social media.

From store-specific promotions to dayparted offers, TPM helps Jet put the right products in front of the right customers at the right time, driving add-on purchases, larger baskets, and a more consistent customer experience across every location.

THE CHALLENGE

At 48 Locations, Marketing Can’t Be One-Size-Fits-All

A promotion that makes sense at one Jet location might not make sense at another. Different stores have different customers, different traffic patterns, different local opportunities, and different products to push. Jet needed more than a way to update screens remotely. It needed a way to actually manage marketing at scale.

1

Product Promotions

Put high-priority products in front of customers when they’re most likely to buy.
2

Dayparting

Change messaging throughout the day based on customer behavior and the sales opportunity.
3

Store-Specific Campaigns

Give individual locations the flexibility to promote what matters locally.
4

Social + In-Store

Extend promotions beyond the four walls by coordinating screen content with Jet’s social channels.
5

Centralized Execution

Keep 48 locations moving from one coordinated marketing operation, without adding workload for store managers.

THE SOLUTION

TPM Became the Marketing Team Behind the Screens

Jet doesn’t have to figure out what to promote, create the content, schedule it, push it to 48 locations, and manage the network themselves. That’s our job. TriggerPoint handles the marketing execution from strategy through delivery.

1

Plan

Build the promotional calendar and identify opportunities to drive sales.
2

Create

Develop the content that brings those promotions to life.
3

Schedule

Control what runs, where it runs, and when it runs.
4

Deploy

Deliver campaigns across Jet’s network of screens.
5

Amplify

Coordinate in-store promotions with Jet’s social media presence.
6

Manage

Keep the entire network running without adding another operational headache for Jet’s team.

BUILT TO SCALE

Built to Grow With the Network

TPM’s relationship with Jet Food Stores didn’t end at launch. As Jet has added locations and expanded its footprint, TPM has kept building out the marketing calendar, the content library, and the network right alongside it, so growth never means starting over.

ONE FULL-SERVICE PARTNER

One Partner. Not a Patchwork of Vendors.

Rather than coordinating separate vendors for hardware, content, and support, Jet Food Stores works with one full-service partner. TPM owns every piece, coordinated under a single point of contact.

ALWAYS-CURRENT CONTENT

Content That Changes With the Business

This is what’s actually running on Jet’s screens right now: store promotions, seasonal offers, and dayparted messaging that TPM plans, builds, and schedules as part of Jet’s ongoing marketing calendar.

No Jet Food Stores employee has to build a promotion, print a sign, or touch a screen for the message to change.

MARKETING THAT CHANGES BY STORE, TIME, AND OPPORTUNITY

Three Stores. One Targeted Promotion.

When Jet had a promotion worth putting in front of customers at its Sandersville, Wrens, and Sardis locations, TPM didn’t just push the same generic message across the entire network. We built the promotion into Jet’s marketing calendar and delivered it where and when it could make the biggest impact, appearing across Jet’s digital signage network and supported by the broader marketing strategy TPM manages for the brand.

The goal: get relevant products in front of customers at the moment they’re making a purchase decision, encourage add-on purchases, and increase basket size. That’s what turns a screen from a piece of digital infrastructure into a marketing channel.

TPM also manages Jet Food Stores’ social media, carrying the same promotions from the screens into Jet’s social channels from the same content calendar.

THE RESULT

48 Locations Working Like One Brand

Jet Food Stores now runs its marketing across 48 locations the way a single brand should: coordinated, targeted, and consistent, without any of that coordination landing on store managers.

“The screens aren’t the strategy. They’re how Jet’s strategy reaches customers at scale.”

TPM plans, creates, schedules, and manages Jet’s marketing across 48 locations, in-store and on social, so every screen is doing more than showing a message.
